Amit Indexing Engine

Description

Amit Indexing Engine helps WordPress site owners get their pages discovered by search engines faster.

Google allows approximately 10 URL indexing requests per day. If you have 250 pages, that means 25 days of manual work. This plugin automates the notification process.

Features

  • Auto-submits 10 URLs daily at 3 AM via WordPress cron
  • Smart priority system (service pages submitted before blog posts)
  • One-click bulk submit all URLs to IndexNow
  • Auto-publish detection (new content submitted on publish)
  • URL tracker dashboard with status management
  • Supports all custom post types
  • Works with any WordPress theme
  • No external accounts or API keys required

How It Works

The plugin notifies search engines about your pages through official, search-engine-approved channels. It uses the IndexNow protocol to notify Bing, Yandex, Seznam, and Naver, and pings Google and Bing sitemap endpoints. Submitting a URL does not guarantee indexing; search engines decide when and whether to index based on content quality and crawl budget.

External Services

This plugin connects to the following third-party services to notify search engines about your URLs. No user data or personal information is transmitted. The only data sent is your publicly accessible sitemap URL and your publicly accessible page URLs.

IndexNow API

This plugin sends your page URLs to the IndexNow API at api.indexnow.org to notify participating search engines (Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver) about new or updated content on your site. This happens when you click the submit buttons or when the daily auto-scheduler runs.

  • Service provider: IndexNow (open protocol by Microsoft and Yandex)
  • Data sent: Your site’s hostname, a verification key, and a list of your public page URLs
  • When data is sent: On manual submit, on daily cron schedule, and on new post publish
  • IndexNow Terms of Use
  • IndexNow Privacy Policy
  • IndexNow FAQ

Google Sitemap Ping

This plugin sends your sitemap URL to Google’s ping endpoint at google.com/ping to notify Google that your sitemap has been updated.

Bing Sitemap Ping

This plugin sends your sitemap URL to Bing’s ping endpoint at bing.com/ping to notify Bing that your sitemap has been updated.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate through the Plugins menu
  3. Go to Indexing Engine in the admin sidebar
  4. Click Sync URL List to scan your site
  5. Click Submit ALL URLs to IndexNow for instant submission
  6. The auto-scheduler handles everything from here

FAQ

Does this guarantee my pages will be indexed?

No. The plugin notifies search engines about your pages through official channels. Each search engine decides when and whether to index a page based on its own criteria including content quality and crawl budget.

Is this safe to use?

Yes. The plugin uses only official, search-engine-approved methods: the IndexNow protocol (created by Microsoft and Yandex) and Google/Bing sitemap ping endpoints.

Does this plugin collect or track user data?

No. The plugin does not collect, store, or transmit any user data or personal information. It only sends your publicly accessible URLs to search engine APIs.

Does this work with custom post types?

Yes. WooCommerce products, portfolios, case studies, and any registered public custom post type are automatically detected and included.
